The Great British Charcuterie Co. has been established since 2016 and was founded by the father and son team Simon and Phil Bartley. We started life as a retail deli based in Brighton Marina born out of a love of British cheese, British cured meats and all things British charcuterie.

Things have changed quite a bit here at The Great British Charcuterie Co., we have opened a second site in Hove and have expanded our wholesale and online operations to become one of the country’s leading British cheese and charcuterie suppliers.

Although we’ve grown our aim and ethos have been with us since day one, we still work closely with and support small-scale artisan producers all over the country with a focus on animal welfare and sustainability.
