In 2014 Mark was looking for a change in direction and wanted to follow his dream of moving his hobby of home brewing and making it into a commercial reality. They set up a microbrewery in Glasgow in 2014 to supply craft beer to discerning local afficionados, and Jaw Brew was born. The beers were well received and a strong trade was built up over the next couple of years with Mark and Alison attending various events to showcase Jaw Brew beer and learning a lot about the drinks trade in the process. There was an abundance of breweries but Mark knew that his brand had an edge and was built upon his love for brewing.

We are fiercely proud to call ourselves a Glasgow brewery and to be in the fold of renowned Scottish Microbreweries. We uphold the strong reputation of Glaswegian hospitality and character in the manner in which we conduct our business. We produce beer of the finest quality and hold this as an imperative attribute to all the beer we produce. We have numerous procedures and fail-safes in place and choose our partners carefully to ensure this is the case.
