ARTsy Clothing is a unique and quirky apparel shop. Based in Brighton, United Kingdom – where things quirky are the daily norm. This town inspires by its never-ending holiday mode and relaxed atmosphere. Other inspiration sources: band Placebo, tv show Twin Peaks, David Lynch, people, and dreams.
All of our designs and images are hand-drawn first. High-quality vinyl transfers (crisp and linear look) and fabric paints (artsy and flowy) are mixed together to create an unusual and unique look. Every garment is different, one of a kind and made to order. There is no such thing as two identical items here! Well, with the exception of our matching t-shirts of course. All of the designs are made to order and never mass-produced. In fact, some of our bespoke designs were only ever made once. A true collectors item.
We prefer skipping the seasons here and try to add new designs/styles/items every week, though at busy periods (like Christmas!) we might be a little slower with new things and concentrate on making the orders the orders in time for Santa to deliver.

Oh, and I am Ruta – the owner/designer/creator (and everything else). I finished my BA Architecture studies in Brighton and decided to take a different path. Nothing makes me happier than a happy customer’s message or picture of them wearing one of my creations.
